This policy explains what personal data the InnoVox website collects, why, and what your rights are, under Brazil's General Data Protection Law (LGPD, Law No. 13,709/2018).
Who is responsible for your data

What data we collect
- Through the contact form: name, company, role, email, the description of the problem, what you have already tried and how you heard about us. Only what you write.
- Through browsing: technical data that any web server logs, such as IP address, date and time of access and browser type, used for security and to keep the site running.
We do not ask for sensitive data. Please do not include your company's confidential information or other people's personal data in the form.
What we use it for
- To reply to you and prepare for the first conversation.
- To understand, in aggregate, how people find us.
- To keep the website secure and running.
We do not use your data for advertising, we do not sell it, and we do not use it to train third-party systems.
Legal basis
We use form data because you asked to be contacted, for the steps that precede a possible contract (LGPD, Art. 7, V). Browsing data and aggregate analysis of how contacts reach us rely on our legitimate interest in keeping the site secure and understanding how it is used (Art. 7, IX).
Who we share it with
Only with service providers that run the website and email on our behalf (Google, for hosting and email), who process data according to our instructions. If any of these services stores data outside Brazil, this happens with the safeguards required by the LGPD. We may also share data when required by law or by an authority.
How long we keep it
Form data is kept for as long as the conversation lasts and, if it does not become a project, for up to 2 years after the last contact. After that, it is deleted. Technical browsing logs are kept for the period required by Brazilian internet law (Marco Civil da Internet).
Cookies
The site uses only cookies essential to its operation, when needed. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
Your rights
At any time, you can: confirm whether we process your data; access it; correct it; ask for it to be anonymized, blocked or deleted; request portability; find out who it was shared with; and object to its processing. To do so, write to the contact below. You may also file a complaint with Brazil's National Data Protection Authority (ANPD).
