Our method has three stages. Each one ends with a decision that is yours to make, based on evidence.
Discover
Discovery & Diagnosis
What we do. We work through the problem with your technical team and your leadership. Often the real problem is not the one in the request. At ECAD, the request was "recognize songs"; the real problem was identifying complete performances, with start and end times, and telling apart nearly identical versions of the same work.
Then we research: what already exists, what doesn't work and why, and which paths have a real chance.
What you get. A precise statement of the problem, success criteria agreed with your leadership, and the possible technical paths, with the risks and costs of each.
How it ends. You decide whether it's worth testing, and which path to test.
Prove
Proof of Concept
What we do. We model, experiment and measure with real data, in an environment as close to yours as possible. Every technical decision is made on evidence, not on tool preference.
What you get. A working prototype on your data, results measured against the agreed criteria, and a clear recommendation: go, adjust or stop.
How it ends. With an answer. If the proof shows it isn't feasible, that is also a result: you find out before the heavy investment, while changing course is still cheap.
Build
Engineering & Production
What we do. We turn the proof into a production system: architecture, engineering, integration with your systems, testing and real operation. And we keep evolving it as technology changes. At ECAD, the same solution went through three technology paradigms without ever stopping operations.
What you get. Technology that works in the real world, not a demo.
How it ends. It doesn't have to. Many of our clients stay with us for ongoing research and development.
